Are you afraid of the dark? Dark bathrooms, that is.
So often you see beautiful, crisp white bathrooms with the occasional accent wall of color. But what about going darker? A rising trend in bathroom design is dark painted walls. Whether it be black, charcoal, brown, or even a deep purple, it gives the bathroom an instant sense of style. One of my favorite ways to see a dark bathroom designed is with touches of white. The fixtures pop and the contrast is stunning.
This exact element is present in today’s mood board image. Though the walls are a dark charcoal tone, the room still feels full of light with the white ceiling and all of the white accents. The bathroom feels very modern and sophisticated while maintaining a beautiful simplicity.
